life'S second act
Are you a woman aged 35-60?
Do you feel stuck?
Does it ever feel like you’re living a life someone else has designed for you?
Have you always done the right thing and yet somehow everything feels wrong in your life?
Do you ever tell yourself ‘my life is ok but it could be so much better if only I was smarter, slimmer, stronger, more successful, more organised, less emotional? If only I was ‘less this and more that’?
Second Act Coaching is for you if you’re going through a life transition:
-
From one life stage to another (for example, 30s into 40s, or 40s into 50s)?
-
From one job to another
-
From working life to retirement
-
From one relationship to another
-
From one mindset to another (for example, from extreme dieting to intuitive eating)
-
From one religion to another, or from religious to secular lifestyle
-
From one culture to another (for example, moving to another country)
Adaptation is what helps us thrive as human beings because our lives are always in flux. But adaptation can be hard, disorientating, and frightening.
Some people need encouragement and non-judgmental support.
You may need a guide on the side who can be a cheerleader but also a neutral companion in your self-exploration. Someone who can help you make sense of all the thoughts rushing through your head.
You already know what you want but it is difficult to hear yourself in the noise of everyday life. Let me be your co-pilot as you navigate the clouds of your own existence.

We were all born into the world we did not choose. Some of us have been luckier than others but all of us have choices within our circumstances. And I don’t mean you have to always make lemonade out of lemons. Sometimes you can’t. Sometimes you need to sit with the lemons for a while and think about what else you can do with them.
Existential coaching focuses on the meaning and purpose of life. It helps us explore the big life questions we all face:
-
how to have the courage to live, how to be a good person
-
how to deal with obstacles and setbacks on our path
-
how to be free in all aspects of your life while not hurting others
-
how to embrace the dark side of life as the necessary component of the human experience
In essence, existential coaching helps you realise how to live consciously and develop the resilience to deal with whatever comes your way.
Existential coaching is right for you if you:
-
Feel frozen and scared to move forward
-
Are unsure who you are and want to explore your beliefs and values
-
Want to understand what you can change and what you need to accept and how to distinguish between the two
-
Want to take responsibility for your life and have more control over your own path
-
Wish to cultivate the courage to live in your own way
-
Wish to develop the ability to embrace life’s challenges and see them as lessons
-
Wish to leave the comfort zone and learn to see anxiety as excitement.
