What It will look like

Sessions

I work online via Zoom with clients from all time zones.

​

Sessions typically last 1 hour. 

 

We will work together in blocks of 6, 12, or more sessions, depending on your needs and preferences. We will explore the issues which brought you to coaching and then develop a way forward to help you set up and achieve your goals.

What happens in the session

As an existential coach my job is to create a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can explore the challenges and opportunities in your life.

 

We work together to help you: a) to become aware of your own worldview, core beliefs and values; and b) to find your own answers to the unique problem(s) you are facing. As a client, you are accountable to yourself with me as your witness.

 

What I do:

  • ask thought-provoking and open-ended questions to help you gain clarity and problem solve your way to a more authentic life

  • use tools such as affirmations, reflective listening, and summarizing to help inspire, create ownership, and motivate change

  • help you create measurable and actionable goals and support you along the way

  • provide emotional support and encouragement

 

What I don’t do:  

  • I do not tell you what to do

  • I do not provide quick solutions

  • I do not diagnose mental health conditions
